Its the way you say "I Love You"
And the way you hold my hand.
The feeling that I have for you,
I don't quite understand.

It's the way you look at me,
you stare deep in my eyes,
just like the first day we met,
when you were very shy.

It's the way you call me sweetheart,
and when you kiss me on the head,
and when you finish my sentences,
with the words I haven't said.

Its the way you say I am cute,
even when I'm being a goof ball.
and when I try to say I am not,
you won't let me argue at all.

Its the way that you always smell,
and brush back the hair from my face,
and the way you always hold me close,
like theres no such thing as personal space.

Its the way that you give in,
when I give you "the look"
and the way you always wait patiently,
no matter how long it took.

It's the way you act when your around,
that makes me feel so great,
But when adults are around,
thats what I really hate.

It's the way you love me back,
and want to spend forever with me,
and the way you say we will get married,
and start a family.

Its the way I cry evey night,
just because I care,
and that you have the most sexy face,
that I can't even help to stare.

Its the way I love you so much,
that I take time to write you this rhyme,
but its the way that I seem to think,
that its not a waste of time.
