Nothing as it Seems

by Samara Elizabeth Vance   Dec 8, 2005

Sun and Sky, Mountain and Stream,
Nothing is ever as it seems.
Though mountains high tower above,
They can be eaten by the small stream
etching its way through a gorge.
And skys so brilliant and bright,
Always must make way for night.
The moon will take the suns place in the sky
And the world will move on,
eternally changing,
forever altering.

Wonderful imagery ! 5/5 ! I liked the way you described the circle of life and nature as it changes our world from day to day. Your words are perfectly subset, keep up writing such great peoms.

Please, comment back, that would mean a lot to me. Thanks.
