The Worst Student

I'm the worst girl in the class
Who always makes the noise
I always trip; I always fall
Not elegant and poise

I'm very messy and untidy
And never have the right books
Id rather muck around
Then care about my looks

I often go to the principals office
And always get her mad
She says I'm a horrible student
And my attitude makes her sad

I rarely do my tests
I pass notes during class
I chuck away all of my
Tests I never pass

There is no point in listening in class
All they teach you is junk
That's why I don't really care
If I pass or flunk

I can't wake up in the morning
I'm always late for school
I hate listening to the teachers
I prefer to break their rules

I jump up on the tables
And talk just about all day
I'm a person who likes talk
And always has something to say

Until one day I got expelled
I knew I had to do better
Or else the vice principle
Would send my parents a letter

The next day at school
I was the best student in the class
I listened to the teacher
And the test is what i passed

    This was a very good poem. I liked the subject matter it was very original. Thanx a lot for your comment on my poem. The ending was my favorite part in the entire poem, everything in the beginning came off as the child didn't care then at the end they changed and the student changed into a good one. Nice job. It was written very well.

    Well I'm glad they managed to turn things around in the end. I was taking this very seriously at first but then I realised it was a funny poem...so I'm assuming this isnt about you...reminds me of some people I know....was a very entertaining poem.

    Few errors: 'I'm a person you likes talk'
    did u mean 'who likes talk.'

    and in the first stanza 'poised'

    Apart from that certainly made me chuckle...

    This poem was pretty funny. It made me smile, and on alot of it I can agree.

    Though, before they started casting me aside, I used to be the best student. I didn't like breaking the rules. And most of my original teachers knew I'd be the last person to break them. But now the teachers at this new school think I'm crazy.

    -shrugs- I don't know. But I liked this poem ALOT. Good job.
