I sit and ponder over everything
all the things we said to do
i just can't explain the fact
that there is no me and you

depression fell upon me
like a cloudy downtown bar
no options left it seams
one can only go so far

then i picked me up of the ground
think its time to start from scratch "I'm doing good,really i am"
But with happiness the catch.

"Its the ex your with ? o,,,,k ?"
"Yeah he's sitting on my bed"
"How, why ? are you mad ?!,
After all he did and said ?!?!"

Can't take no more, the phone dies
To escape his clutches again ?
Destroyed inside you were i know
All my actions, words, in vain

So although the love of my life
Is in another's arms tonight-
I am still strong in spirit, in mind
IL be here for you, to put it right

As before it started good,
Then true colors show
Don't believe the lies that fall out

So IL play the night in armour
