You Lied And Said You Loved Me

You told me you loved me,
And I believed it was true,
But you lied right to my face,
Now I can never trust you.

You shouldn't have lied,
There was no reason to,
You should have,
Just told me the truth.

I can't believe I fell,
For everything you said,
And I still can't believe,
I was just misled.

When I told you,
That I loved you,
I meant every word I said,
I didn't lie to you.

I promised you,
That I would always be true,
That everything I would say,
Would came straight from my heart.

Nothing you told me,
Was what you really felt,
You just told me lies,
And thought I wouldn't find out.

But your friends told me,
About everything you've done,
They didn't want me to get hurt,
And they said that you've done this before.
