Happy Ending

I'm giving up slowly,
I'm letting go,
This is gonna be the end,
Cause my heart will never mend.

The pain I feel inside,
Will not go away,
It follows me everywhere I go,
Every single day.

It's getting harder to deal with,
I can barely hang on,
I'm about to let go,
Of the pain I once knew.

I'll be free of suffering,
Free of pain.
I'll be on my way,
To a happy ending.
