You're right, they do go together. good job! The rhymes don't seem forced and it flows easily. I love the second stanza.

"Leave behind all your worries
Free your mind of all your fears
Throw away your tragic stories
Wipe away your tears"

Emotion was expressed well but i was left wanting a little more from it. Still a good poem though. I agree with you, if you had them separate it just wouldnt be as good! I don't give out 5's freely but i think i will on this one.
