Why God made love

by Sarah   Apr 19, 2007

Where you run
In the summer
In the sun
In the field
Beneath the sky
With the softest clouds
And warmest air
Where the thunders loud
And life is fair
The rains so sweet
And the kiss so good
Love was fire where he stood
The peace that fire fed
Made wild grass a perfect bed
And when his finger traced
The outline of her tiny face
They knew why God made love
