I'm Sorry

** I wrote this poem on September 30, 2007. I didn't want to post it that time cause this poem is exclusively for my ex-bf. But now, since I don't want to go through any of his issues anymore - I give up. Nothing here actually says something about my [current] feelings, it's from the past and I want to leave it there. So yeah ; enjoy.

I'm sorry if I acted like I never cared before
Now it's too late, I can't show you how much I love you and more
I'm sorry for the mistakes I've said and done
Days have passed, I never had any fun.

It was my fault for letting you go
Everytime you ask me back out, I say "no"
I was stupid, I was dumb, I believed I'm right
But I realized I'm not, after thinking last night.

Wherever I go, no matter what time it is
Anthony, you're the one I miss.
Tomorrow at school I don't know how to react
Should I ignore you or not? I'm confused on what's the fact.

If given a chance, I'd correct all my mistakes
Easy or hard, I'd do whatever it takes.
I'm sorry if sometimes I play hard to get
That's not the only thing I regret.

But I can't make a choice anymore
Since I walked out of your heart's door.
All the hurt and pain, I'm dying can't you see?
I'm sorry for the last time why I set myself free.
