Life-In-Death

Death stalks me, in the faces of the Norm,
And the spirits...the spirits...
They cut me from every direction.
Every artery that pumps this nectar
Of Sorrow,
Every cell of mine that puts together this puzzle
Of Lies,
Are waiting to be ripped to shreds by the Rapture
To reveal this saddened soul.
As if I have journeyed with the Prince*
I have seen the suffering of many....
And the happiness of few...
What is to become of me,
The Child of Darkness....
....Such horrible, horrible darkness....!
What is to become of these dreams,
Of vampires and demons
When all is Forsaken?
Death stalks me, in the face of the lover
Heart broken and destroyed
By such a loving heart...And yet....
I trust his beauty...I trust his soul
So sad, so lonely...
I welcome his smile with open arms,
I await his speech with an empty heart
Letting his words fill up the blank pages.
He consumes me, from the crown, to the foot.
And I know that there is NOTHING
That I can do to stop this plague.
I am dying for him, and though I know this,
I wait for the execution!!
For the final slice of the throat
To take place....
In death, I will be loyal
In death, I will be true,
To my love....
....A love of darkness....
