Ah, Noura, it has been such a long time since I have had the time to read some of your poems. As always, I have found your poetry to be both very emotional and always telling a sad truth that many people don't want tell or would rather hide and pretend it never happened.

I'm not too sure as to what the title is referring to in your poem. I think it might be a location and a person perhaps? The poem is very tragic, but also full of many bitter emotions and also hate towards this person who I feel the same way about. I know here in America, we haven't had a mass amount of students killed at one time, but we have had a few instances were men have gone into schools and killed randomly. I find the act utterly atrocious and it makes my blood boil. I want to see them suffer and be executed for their deeds. Your poem is even more so sorrowful by the amount of students mentioned and by the fact that you give life to the kids who walk out of the school. The second stanza gives the reader life to these kids and draws them closer to being able to see and envision them. The last stanza, last two lines, are the most important questions you asked. I wonder the same thing all the time. How can someone be so depraved of humanity? How can someone think of life as nothing more than dirt?

Your poem itself is short and to the point. I know many people can relate to this both in your country and others around the world. It's such a sad story that is repeated over and over again in the world. The poem is filled with many emotions, but the deepest are sadness, hatred, and love. Sadness for the deed that is done. Hatred for the person and really the act of killing another human being. And love for these innocent kids who have done nothing to deserve their fate.

All in all, I really enjoyed the poem from start to finished. I am also glad to see you still on here sharing your wonderful work for us all. I hope you continue your writing and you learn from it. Great job and keep writing!
