Can I be falling again?

I've been hurt too many times, I thought my heart was lost for ever... But lately it's been... Different, like maybe I could fall again, what about you?

I understand exactly how you are feeling. I went through a pretty bad breakup not too long ago. But, I've slowly started to come to terms with it (it's been over a month) and even though it was painful, very painful, I can see myself slowly letting people back into my heart and having feelings for a boy.
It seems really scary but you really just have to give it a try. If your heart feels ready but your brain is saying no, be cautious.
I think one of the biggest issues with relationships is when someone over thinks things.
