Sad Films

What sad films have you watched recently?

Not recently but Prozac nation. And a sad book is The bell jar.

The Fault In Our Stars... I bawled my eyes out both reading the book and watching the movie.

My Sister's Keeper is really sad and touching.

Dead Poet's Society.

Bridge to Tarabethia. I had no idea it was a sad movie! Cried for awhile :(

Also, Place Beyond the Pines and The Fountain.
Ugh. Too many sad movies lately.

Colm, I have wanted to see that movie as it was suggested to me recently by a friend.

And Jane, that is one of my favorite movies! I watched it multiple times when I was younger, and that ending always made me cry. Beautiful movie.

I can't remember the last time I cried during a movie, because sometimes it can be happy ones, but a sad movie that was on TV was Revolutionary Road with Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio. It was a dramatic movie but it had some sad and dark tones, especially with the relationship and that desire to truly live. Some parts were very intense or even painful to watch.

Cyber bully is a really sad movie but its a good one aswell
