Another small change

So I like how the contest winners are at the front title screen.. but let's be real, who stays there long enough to look at them. If they win people should be forced to look at them! Put it on more pages. Just the current week. Put it on top of their news feed. More people would read them encouraging people to try to write better poetry. C'mon let's be real here I have to be reminded to look at the poetry winners.
