I love you too.

The dim light in the shopping mall,
cast a strange shadow o`er his head.
He tipped his face up,
revealing his handsome features to the mindless
passerbys, going about their daily business.

She smelled of lavender and vanilla.
Her hair was soft like silk and her skin,
cold to the touch from the falling snow.
She gazed into his eyes and he,
staring into hers softly whispered,
"I love you."

He smelled of mystery and the unknown.
She liked it and so, leaned closer.
His dark eyes drew her in
and caressing her cheek, he whispered,
"I love you."

"You may think you are a mess,
and imperfect,
and you are right.
You are a mess. And I love you dearly for it.
You are the most beautiful creature I`ve ever laid eyes on.
And who, may I ask wants to be perfect?
It is your imperfections that make you perfect,
for someone else."

He looked back down to see tears
rolling down her cheeks.
"I love you too." was all she said.
