Don't tell me that I don't love you

by Lemma   Feb 14, 2008

Don't tell me I don't love you
Now listen, don't you dare
Don't ever tell me I don't love you
Or that I never cared.
Don't tell me that you hate me,
I've heard it all before,
Don't tell me you won't be crying,
When I'm lying dead upon the floor.
Don't tell me that I wanted to do this,
Don't tell me I'm not trying my best,
Don't tell me that you're going to leave me,
Don't tell me we'll fail this test.
Now don't you dare go crying,
Now don't you dare be scared,
Now don't you dare be thinking,
That I've obviously never cared.
Don't tell me that I don't love you,
When all I can think of is you,
Don't tell me that you don't love me,
Just tell me that this isn't true.
