Love Is The Shelter

When Life is a storm, love is the shelter
when life's rain is showering down
Love is my body-sized umbrella
strategically covering every inch of my frame
Life is a tornado and Love is my underground shelter
where I express my thoughts freely and turn ugly
to marvelous and marvelous to extravagant
Life is lightning and Love makes me able to fly in the sky
and rest easy in the pool, with no fear
of sudden shock
Life is a tsunami and Love lets me
stand idly on the beach and see it coming
and NOT panic, not taking any glory
from my almighty god
but love lets me do these things
when Life is hell Love is my little piece of heaven
never to be lost never to be forgotten
Thinking about love makes my days brilliant
Dreaming about makes my sleep wonderful
When life is dreadful,unfortunate,unbearably bad
and it feels as if everybody hates you
and nothing is going your way........
