Hold This Poem To Your Heart.

Once a withering flower, I turned to you...
and was cradled in loving arms
Now I am your rose, bright and in full bloom
turning my head in the direction of your warmth
You are my Life.

When black clouds dominate the once clear sky
Rain falls in earnest with the tears falling from my eyes
the sun comes out and demolishes the storm
You are my Warmth.

A blanket of snow, falling crisp and cold on my battered soul left me frozen and dazed...
but you melted the ice that has entrapped my heart for so long
Taking a needle and thread you began to repair it with a loving gaze
You are my healing Sun.

As the sun shines on our joined hands,
and our hearts thump against our chest
I look up at you with adoring eyes
You are my Smile.

You are my Love, my Life, my Happiness
You stop the storms, repair my heart, and make me smile even through the darkest times
I love you, and to live without you would be...
IMPOSSIBLE.

Written for my Valentine. My boyfriend was the sweetest, I love him so much, and hope he had as good a valentines day as he made mine<3
