Loves You Not

by Curing the Comon Cliche   Feb 15, 2008

Walking through
an endless field
wind on grass
a flower revealed

a red beacon
guiding lost souls
under the power.
........................of the flower
..........................................they weaken

so you pick up that flower
and it steals your gaze
as you take off petals
and repeat that same old phrase

you look at that flower
and your palms get hot
as you pluck that one last petal
and it screams "loves you not"

i remember doing this as a kid just plucking off the petals wondering if ur crush loves u. well i did this the other day and thats the answer i got. anyway plz comment.
