Gunshot Heart

by Fallen Star   Feb 16, 2008

And I think of that night
You told me what I never wanted
And you promised me lies
You showed what I flaunted

My eyes quickly filled up
With the deadly tears of deception
You never spoke what you heard
I made a long deep obsession

This heart broke out onto the floor
Leaved to be never fixed
Since the days that you left
I have been severly tricked

The cards fell onto the table
Making a game of no fun
You played the games amazingly
Holding onto my heart like a gun

You shot the last bullet
Into the light I could never see
I assumed you would follow the brightness
Instead you just fiercly left me
