Once upon a time there was a Strong friendship between 2 people, there was laughter, fun and happiness. but the secret she kept hid deep inside had distanced them and would slowly tare them apart.
The taste of that night was still fresh on her lips, the smell still lingered in the air, and she knew it all was slipping right through her finger tips.
The act of revealing her secret was in hindsight a regret, but the way her body trembled as she let the words slip is a feeling she will never forget..
She longed to touch her, kiss her, and look deep in her eyes and see herself in her arms.
She longed for that feeling. you know it! The trembling completeness, the comfort, confidence and warmth you feel inside. The one that makes you feel ten feet tall because everyone is envious that it was you she chose.
She longed To look in her eyes and allow those words to slip from her lips and know, another time, another place, somewhere within reach it would come to be.
Then as she awoke from her fantasy and reality hits she realized her fantasy she had to set free
Everyday she puts on a smile to fool the world but every night as she stares at her photo, wishing she could put herself into that Polaroid. Nothing and no one could ever fill that void.
The emotions still tug at her heart, and you can see in her eyes the love she holds for her and how its tearing her apart.
Still today she is left with an open heart and open arms only to hear her voice again and watch as her body shudders to those cold words.
She knows deep inside that those words cut like razor blades for they are perfect for each other.
She can read her like a book. So for her she had opened the pages that were closed within. Nothing to hide now, nothing to fear, the pain and hopelessness was displayed for her to see.
