When u love someone its a totally different feeling
When you see them its like your body is going through a spiritual healing
When you look at each other you cannot see anybody else around
And you cannot even hear the loudest sound

You know you love somebody when you tell them happy birthday
And you try to make it as perfect as possible so they smile all day
You are wondering what they are going to think
So focused and anxious you do not even want to blink

You are constantly smiling when you speak to them on the phone
You slowly drift away just to be alone
When the call has ended and you hesitate to move the phone from your ears
Your friend comes with tissue to wipe away your tears

When the person speaks, you not only hear what they say
But you listen to every word like it’s your last day
You try hard to understand and put yourself in the same position
You want things to go back to normal so you find a resolution

You get high just from their scent
When you send a real deep text you are eager to see sent
You tend to imagine that you two are somewhere exotic
Then thoughts of you kissing, until it gets erotic

When listening to love songs they’re the first thing that pops up in your head
The memories are too much for you so you just lie down in your bed
When you reminisce about the person, you smile and look above
