Captivation

by Silent Angel   Feb 22, 2008

The blue of the sky,
the green of the grass,
the memories we made,
just faded in the past.

Your eyes were captivation,
and your smile was the dungeon,
my heart was thrown into
when i would stare.

Your touch and your kiss,
were what got me in this mess,
and forever I've been
trying to pick up the pieces.

But the ghost that you
are, haunts me ever day
when i walk through the
halls and you appear.

You look at me
and yet walk right pass,
with not even a word
to spare.

But I know what you mean
by the look in your eye
its like you have feelings
but forget they're for me.

I want you to know
that i still love you so,
but I'm moving on like i should,
and even though we were meant,
the angles shouldn't have sent
the one thing that my life
could have lived on without.
