What is love...

by Sai Vara Prasad Potharaju   Feb 29, 2008

Love is not merely an evanescent affair
Love is the union of two hearts who care
Love needs a serene heart as its home
To doubt and disloyalty love is prone.

Love knows no religion, caste or creed
Love has to be nourished once you sow the seed
Love does not ask for gifts or money
All you need to have is a heart sweet as honey.

To measure love sky is the limit
Love knows no bounds and is infinite
Love may involve animals or man
You will surely find it wherever you can.

Try to kill love you will surely fail
Two hearts will smile though the faces may wail
To have love people make thousands of tries
Hey you can buy love, but love is the price.
