Two Years Too Late

by James Bouder   Mar 1, 2008

She stands five foot one,
red hair down to her shoulders,
just a touch of blonde.
Green eyes illuminated by her
pale white skin.

Staring from across the
room, her eyes scream
a thousand words.
I yearn to feel, long to hold,
need to love you.

While her beautiful
red lips smile gently;
talking to her husband.
