The Food's Perspective

by twistedAngel   Mar 5, 2008

Prowling in the darness,
Waiting...
A glimmer of a shadow
passes by, but you pass
it off as a trick of light.
And then before your
eyes a figure stands.
A smile spreads across
their lips, a wicked smile,
a hungry smile.
For a moment you fear
nothing as you begin
to realize the figure
is a woman.
She's beautiful...
long brown hair
piercing blue eyes.
Then in a blink of an eye
you realize your mistake.
Her speed and strength
are unnatural, unhuman
she pins you to the wall,
head hitting brick making
you dizzy.
Your head clears and you
see what looks like fangs
protruding from her mouth.
She moves to your neck
and you feel a blinding
pain shoot through your body.
Then slowing you grow
weak and tired and then
finally numb.
Soon your knees give way
but you don't fall she holds
you to the wall still latched
to your neck.
Finally the darkness consumes
you and you are no-more
only a hollow corpse.
Left for someone else to find.
