This is really good, the refrain is amazing, and you managed to get a lot of feeling in there. I think you might have done this, cause it was the end...but you changed the rhyme pattern at the very end--there's two ways I see it--1. It's sort of a thing in a minor key, like at the end of a song or 2. you could find things to rhyme :P

So anyway, this is good...keep writing!
