WOW. I absolutely loved the last line. It took my breath away.
I only have one suggestion, add punctuation. That tends to bother some people, and I think adding some periods, and commas, will add some effect to it.

First I must say upon reading this a warm feeling of peace and tranquility could be felt running through my veins ....

The Spirit of love has so much power
That stems from the root to the flower
Preserve the vine and the fruit grows
Like the beauty of life and the last rose

It made me feel all tingly inside, great poem

It was very pretty. One thing though....stanza-two spaces-stanza-two spaces-stanza-one space. I just thought I'd mention it. It caught my attention. Okay, anyways...It was a very pretty poem that uses that classic phrase, every rose has a thorn. It was great. Five.

It's really good...and i can see that there is a deeper meaning to it...it's not just about a flower..it's about our life...
