I am so glad I stopped and read this poem.

When somethings apart of your daily life
then suddenly taken away
the memories of the past seem to come alive
with the awaking of every day

These words really hit home with me. When we lose someone we care dearly for the memoriesd always linger.

the ghost of you will never leave
its trapped forever in my mind
the ghost of me, has it been freed
or is it trapped with you in time?

This stanza is so beautiful and heartfelt. It sums up the entire piece.
