The Love of my Life

by Heimerschmidt   Mar 18, 2008

The love of my life
Is a beautiful sight
With a heart as pure as gold

Her disposition is so fine
And her eyes twinkle and shine
While her vivid hair sweeps past uncontrolled

She is always on my mind
A pristine figure so divine
Who I will always love so

What lies ahead,
Romance or loneliness instead
Is something only time can unfold

But in the state of the present
She is a princess and I a peasant
Whose wishes are simply arrogant and bold

The love of my life
Is a beautiful sight
With a heart as pure as gold
