LEAVING

by NEIL MUNRO   Apr 3, 2008

Once again I have to leave, to go away,
I wanted forever for me to stay,
Locked in your arms, holding you so tight,
Never to let go through out the night,
I used to be so fearless, be so strong,
But now my mind thinks, what is wrong,
I feel just like a little boy,
That's lost his one and only toy,
I can only guess that this is love,
And thats what it does to you,
So this must be a love that really is so true,
For i don't need to touch you,
To know that you are there,
For i can see and i can smell your long dark hair,
And them bright green eyes, and cheeky mhhhm smile,
The one you know would make me run the four minute mile,
so now i know my angel, your my soul-mate thats for sure,
For never in my life have i ever loved a lady so pure.
