The darkest cave

Angels will sing of this tragedy,
of how I messed it up,
a moment of insecurity,
when will this ever stop?

I just have to sail my boat,
maybe play my violin,
enemies will surely gloat,
and mocked me with their grin.

I just feel so petrified,
I'm scared and I am lost,
love it seems I cannot find,
I don't care about the cost.

angels will sing of this tragedy,

when will this ever stop?

I keep screaming without a voice,
tears keep dying on my cheeks,
I wish I went with the other choice,
but that hope is out of reach.

nearly there - I cannot sleep,
people mock me for my words,
this promise I will fight to keep,
down to hell I'll go to search.

find me in the darkest cave,
and save me once again,
when can I be as brave,
my dreams will never end.

open up your heart for me,
and let me mend and let me sooth,
I'll kiss away and make you free,
your skin can feel so smooth.

but I've had another nightmare,
what was past is now today,
maybe I'll get sad again,
and find another way.

    This is a really good poem, mixed with confused emotions, but solid need. It's interesting to read--you cover everything and make me feel as if I know exactly how you/the person in the poem is feeling. Another great job.
