As hard as this will be
and as much as i love you
i just can't deny the fact
that what we have is not true

we thought we could do it
and i actually believed
but things have started to change,
and our love has started to leave

it's hard enough to love someone
who's not even there to love you back
it's impossible to keep this going
theres to much this love lacks

we try to make up for the distance
with words we barely know
but the words have faded, day by day
and now the truth starts to show

this is the very las way
i would ever want us to say goodbye
but whatever we had is gone now
and we just can't keep living this lie

maybe this will all work out
and we'll finally be okay,
