Once more

by Jeremy Lewis   Apr 9, 2008

It's the only option some can say,

but no one stopped him or got in the way,

when he cut himself that one day.

His blood was black,

as it fell so slow,

dropping from his fingers

and onto his toes.

How does a love so ever sweet,

bring the sound of a depressing weep?

Begging for death but not to die.

would just make him lie down and cry.

The feeling he felt, became so clear,

But he only felt his silent tear,

For his fate would make him disapear,

into the darkness that which he feared.

He's at the point where he doesn't care,

so he makes this one last tare

at his arm that seems so bare.

But he didn't stop just right there,

his mind was set to only stare.

Now he's gone forever more,

never to see a sunny day,

or a sandy shore.

only his love that he so ever adored,

could only wished she kissed him once more.
