You never long for sunshine until all you have is rain.
Why..
Do you never see how great the things are you have?
Take for granted all the simple days and moments?

I thought you would always be by my side
Never thinking you would walk away
Leaving me with pain filled empty days
I wish I could go back and change a world of things
Take back every ounce of pain
Dry all your tears
But life don't work that way

Everywhere I look I see your face
You occupy my mind, you reside there
Soothful sounds that once made me happy
Now drown me in a pain do intense that I feel lifeless
