This poem has you thinking one way in the begining then another in the middle...in a good way though

i love how you seem to just want to take crupt all then it turns out you hate yourself and wish for their life back and then have yours end...oh I love it

Wow this poem was deep and absolutely beautiful. the flow was fantastic and the different emotions expressed made the poem even better.

I told him what happened and asked him to take me instead.
Take me away and bring back their souls from the dead.
Let them take my place in life, and me their's in death.
Give them the beat in my heart and the air in my breath.

i would have to say, those were my favorite lines. especially the last line. very lovely, very heartfelt. this was a very unique poem and i loved it! never quit writing. job well done. 5/5.
