Missing you

by Goodbye   Apr 14, 2008

If the birds were not singing in the morning
If the wind would not blow fresh air in
how would I know you are still alive?

If every morning the darkness wouldn't go away
and shadows of the land would not disappear
how would I know you are still alive?

These walls of my desperation would have fall down
and the winds of a butterfly would have been broken
if the wind would whisper your name softly to me

Where are you my love when you will wake
who is beside when you get up every day
It is spring now but my heart is still frozen
it needs you to feel summer's breeze again...

I am missing you here every night
I sleep restless, I am thinking of you
How many nights have I cried for you
How many mornings have I stared at the horizon
I don't remember anymore, it has been winter too long..
