Laying here

by amanda   Apr 14, 2008

Laying motionless in my bed, i stare aimlessly at the wall.
I see our memories being replayed.
Like a movie on rewind I close my eyes,
I cannot picture myself without you.
My sheets are now used as a way to keep me warm,
No longer to hide you under.
They serve as the best weapon against the never ending nights I've spent without you.
How much I've missed our old conversations
Talking about books on the phone.
To talk to you and share my feelings and have you reply back with meaning rather than aggravation
The memories on the wall are frozen, and I stare at your face.
I being to hold back my tears; one moment at a time.
How I'd give anything to fix what has seemed to have gone wrong.
I'm lost in my thoughts of you and I
