How can I make you understand
Why i do what I do,
I only do those things
Because i love you.

I know that I get on your nerves,
and that is something that I am sorry for.
I have tried to change,
Because I don't want to hurt you anymore.

It's not your fault,
I am the only one to blame,
The way that I treat you,
Is a downright shame.

I'm so stupid,
this i have come to realize,
I know you think so too,
I can see it in your eyes.

Sometimes when you are really mad
I think that you hate me
I can't blame you
This is not the way it should be.

What makes it really hard,
and it breaks my heart in too.
I never mean to make you mad,
and it hurts me every time I do.

So I guess all there is to ask,
Is for you too forgive me,
I need to forget my past,
And put my faith where it should be.
