All I Can Do is Try to Stand Tall

I want to stand tall again
I want to pretend that I didn't go back to you
I want to pretend that you didn't leave me for her
I want to pretend that your not living that life I wanted for us with her
I want to pretend that I'm not losing my life to her
I want to pretend that your not taking away the ones I consider family
I want to pretend and stand tall again but its hard when your not beside me anymore

    This is heart breaking..
    And I can totally relate.
    I know the anger and frustration youre feeling about how its as though someones living your life. This has happened to me, and nnot just with guys but also with my ex "best friend" . pfft... it really goes to show that you cant really trust anyone in life but yourself..
