I'm going to pretend

I wipe the tears from my eyes and pretend everything's fine
For I made a promise that you would not see me cry.

When you look at me there will be a smile on my face,
You will see tears that have been replaced.

I won't let you know that you hurt me,
I won't let you know that you broke me.

and when I look at you holding you girl,
I'm going to pretend she's not holding my whole world.

I'm going to pretend you just found her, not when were together
Not when you said you'll leave me never.

I'm going to pretend like you never cheated
I'm going to pretend I'm undeafeted

So don't worry you won't see me cry
I'm going to pretend your just another guy.

    Ur poem touched me a lot..
    I can feel the pain u feel inside and how much this hurts..
    So don't worry you won't see me cry
    I'm going to pretend your just another guy.

    These two lines express the conflict inside u that U cant believe that he is the one u used to love and the one who promised u that he would never leave u behind...It's really so sad..
    Good job,plz keep it up..
