Near Yet Far

A certain person is in my mind
Running all around
I see his face
but can't write it down

His eyes are brown
or blue
or grey
He has pierced ears
or not
He's tall
or short

I can see his face
but yet I can't
He seems so far away
but yet so near
I wish I could only tell him
"I wish you were here"
