Reflect upon true Name

by C P Sharma   Apr 29, 2008

My life has been a see-saw game,

Body or soul, I couldn't claim!

Have always fumbled for its aim,

Intensely sensual is my frame.

Curves and cuts the body keeps,

The eye always at them peeps,

Lusty look into cleavage leaps,

Deep into them my body seeps.

Tunes of senses hold the sway,

Indulgence makes me feel gay,

Tapping to its beats night / day,

Carnal passions have their way.

Beauteous bodies soon betray,

To age cycle they fall prey,

When all its clay goes grey,

Wrinkles all over body spray.

Body soon loses its grit,

Organs decay bit by bit,

Into the frame don't fit,

It is almost time to quit.

Body will still be here,

But I will have no peer,

It will be placed on pyre,

And my name will disappear.

Reflect upon true Name dear,

The Name will steer you clear,

The Name will bring you cheer,

Love true Name you have no fear.
