Moon's Song

by Buwie   May 3, 2008

Muzzles to the sky.
Howls rise to the heavens,
Spine tingling,
Yet, beautiful.
Meaning something,
Only the ear can distinguish

Can you hear it?
The Moon's light reaching through the darkness.
Can feel it?
The Moon's light anointing your skin softly.
Can you smell it?
The Moon's light cooling the land from the days harsh heat.
Can you taste it?
The Moon's light bringing only the best of the nights creatures.

Notes slow and deepen
As a song as old as time
Bids farewell to the Moon.
