Fightning For Closure

by Danielle   May 7, 2008

It's funny how time passes, after all that we've been threw.
Why did you have to brake my heart, and do the things you do?
Minutes turn into hours, and hours turn into days.
It's crazy how I seem to care, but you didn't feel the same way.
I gave you my everything, I gave you my soul,
I thought I was worth fighting for, but instead you chose her.
I ask myself why me, it continues to repeat in my head,
I will never forget all the hurtful things you did,
and all the awful things you said.
Although I find myself alone remembering everything we had,
recalling all the late night talks, sharing funny stories and laughs.
Till this day, I still love you
I just wished you felt the same.
It's hard for me to move on,
When I constantly hear your name.
