Walk away

Two hearts made for the other
but why are they walking away from everything?

They walk away because of fear
she's afraid to let love find her.

She walked away before, she can do it again
always walking away from what she feared

He watched her walk away hoping she'd turn around
Maybe just look back but no not a glance

He wans to run and pull her into his arms.
he wants to stop her from running away again

He wants to show her that love don't always mean pain
he wants to show her the ups & downs laughs & tears

She knows she should stop and run back to him
she starts to slow wanting to run to him

She wants to be shown how to love again
but she's afraid of the pain, doesn't want that again

He watches her stop and stare as if deciding
She runs toward him tells him with her eyes everything

that she's ready to try and love willing to be hurt
willing to finally give her heart and not walk away.
