This is really good. i like poems that don't follow a rhyme scheme and this one is amazing
my favourite line is:

the things that don't really matter but strangely mean the world to me.

the only thing i would say is that it lacks any subtlety, maybe you could have used more metaphors or imagery. although i do lurveee the one about the willow trees.

however i think the rawness of this poem almost makes it, something may be lost if you tried to make it a literary masterpiece.
anyway, keep it up
