Provoked Vulnerability

by Kayla   May 21, 2008

Have not submitted any work in a while...recent submissions are just some roughs...enjoy.

Sunken in such security
A mind races in wonders
Frantically I question
Descending lower in depths of confusion
Of whom I can longer input my trust
My stomach is sick

Stories, rumors, lies
None of them could be true
Fiery tears begin to stream

A pillow to lay my face
Burrow my heart in silent, feathered truth
I shatter piece by piece

Saving an entailed physical pain
Emotions scream under cottoned covers
No shoulder to cry upon

Pull out aggressions from depths of a surface
Defenseless objects take this beating
These bloodshot eyes have seen enough.
