Deep Inside

Sometimes I really wonder
about the feelings deep inside.
Are they worth the telling,
or should they be put aside?

Maybe I should keep them
safe from this cold-hearted earth?
Or maybe I should show them,
and see what they're really worth?

It is then that I realize
those feelings are part of me.
Hiding them from someone,
would be like trying to hide the sea.
