A smile, a laugh.
A hug, a kiss.
A whispered secret.
A moment of bliss.
You showed me the world that day.
And then you turned and walked away.
The sun went down.
And the moon fled.
You faded away like a distant star,
and now my dreams are dead.
The light is all gone.
As is the will to live.
I kept my word when I said
